That our understanding would be
undergirded in the reality of how life (IN Christ) is to be lived as a
believer, in this earth. [Pastor]
To receive (what the Lord has
promised) is not to be passive, but to aggressively, intentionally, purposely
take (or grasp) it, to lay hold to it, and pull it to yourself; to embrace it,
and become one with it; by saying Amen! to Him. [Pastor]
In the “responding” is the
“receiving.”

A significant “step” in
“responding” to God is to “Submit yourself to the Lord (as His mankind), and
learn His Way” [Romans 10:3; Hebrews 5:8; Pastor]
