What Is It To Believe?

This is the question of the hour, For Believer's Only; to have a reason/or answer for the hope that lies within.
[1 Pet 3:15]

To “believe” is to walk by faith; for without faith it is impossible to please God. To “walk by faith” is to have a knowing relationship/or fellowship with the Father; and the just man shall “live by faith.” Do you know Him?
[2 Cor 5:7; Heb 11:6; Pastor; Rom 1:17-18]

To “believe” is to repent of your sin, and say a heartfelt YES to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
[Mk 1:15; Rom 1:16; 10:9]

note. Our salvation/healing/deliverance is waiting for our mouth to speak/ask/declare/receive, and agree with the Word.
[Pastor; Rom 10:9]

ThenSingsMySoul:

I'LL SAY YES, LORD, YES
TO YOUR WILL AND TO YOUR WAY.
I'LL SAY YES, LORD, YES
I WILL TRUST YOU, AND OBEY.
WHEN YOUR SPIRIT SPEAKS TO ME
WITH MY WHOLE HEART I'LL AGREE;

AND MY ANSWER WILL BE YES, LORD, YES!

Jenelsie's Corner (#341)

My GTFI Family,

What is our Lord declaring to us today? HE is proclaiming HIS FAITHFULNESS to FULFILL HIS PROMISES.  HE is the "GREAT I AM"--faithful.  HE does not change.  What can we say about our Father God towards us?  We can say what HE has already declared.
Our Lord Jesus has secured the revelation and made sure that we, the children of the MOST HIGH GOD, can receive and know of HIS FAITHFULNESS--today!
We are blessed!  Hallelujah!

Jenelsie's Corner (#340)

My GTFI family,

Do not think it's strange or foreign to us as believers, even to children of the Most High God,  concerning our fiery trial. Yes, the trial is hot!  How do we know?  We feel the heat which has purpose to melt us down!

Remember our Father God will allow the fury of man to turn up the fire seven times more than its usual temperature.  Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were tied up with all their clothes on by strong men trained by the military.  The fire was so hot, though, that these men were burned up.  But king Nebuchadnezzar, who had commanded this atrocity, saw with his own eyes FOUR MEN LOOSE walking in the midst of the fire.  These four had no hurt, upon whom the fire had no power, and the king acknowledged that the fourth man was like the Son of God-our Lord Jesus and our King!  The king who served other gods admitted that there is no other God that can deliver in this manner.
We can trust our God; HE is with us!  HE is for us!  HE is in us!  The fourth MAN is our DELIVERER!
Thank you, Jesus!  Hallelujah!

Jenelsie's Corner (#339)

My Grace and Truth Family,

Sisters and brothers, the love of God is revealed to us daily.  His love for us has been noised abroad in the earth from generation to generation and speaks to us on this day at this very hour.  Hear His Love:

God our Father predestinated us for adoption; we are now His children according to the good pleasure of His will.  HE has made us acceptable to Himself by joining us to and putting us in Jesus Christ, the One in Whom HE was well pleased.  We cry "Abba, Father" by the same Spirit which Jesus cried when He lived in a body of flesh in the earth. We are redeemed from our low estate and forgiven of sin. We have access to the Father through the blood of Jesus.
In just hearing this portion, we can see what love the Father has given us being connected to Christ Jesus, our Savior and Lord.  Believe and rest in His Word of Truth:  HE LOVES US!  Oh, how HE LOVES US!

Together by His Love,
Jenelsie Howell

Faith Unfeigned

Now the end/goal/object, or purpose, of the commandment [Jn 13:34] is love, out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of a sincere/bonified/genuine/real unfeigned faith: from which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain arguments and purposeless discussions.
[1 Tim 1:5]

From conception, to gestation, to the bringing forth of the seed of promise; unfeigned faith was likened unto motherhood (childbearing)[Gen 3:16]; declared in the garden; worked out thru Abraham and Sarah's sojourn [Gen 17]; working in them that which seemed impossible, until they said 'Yes, Lord!' and Isaac was so...then, perfected in Christ; the author and finisher of our faith [Heb 12:2]; who reconciled man to God, after he “swerved” in the garden [Rom 5:10], by hearkening to the word of another. [Gen 3; Jenelsie]

The connection to unfeigned faith is “relationship;” which was broken by the first Adam; but fixed/repaired by the Last Adam. [Jenelsie Howell]

ThenSingsMySoul:

OOOH, OOOH, FIX ME!
OOOH, OOOH, FIX ME!
OOOH, OOOH, FIX ME!

FIX ME, JESUS, FIX ME!

Jenelsie's Corner (#338)

My GTFI Family,
This is the "day" that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it!   Having received the Word of the Lord concerning what HIS resurrection has done for us, we have "much more" to rejoice about.    (Amplified version)"For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, it is much more certain, now that we are reconciled, that we shall be saved (daily delivered from sin's dominion) through His resurrection life." And not only this, but we also rejoice and glory in HIS love and our perfection through our Lord Jesus Christ.  Now that we have received Jesus, let's enjoy our reconciliation and communion, even our fellowship, with HIM!!  Rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say, "REJOICE".

Jenelsie's Corner (#337)

My Grace and Truth Family,
The Lord reminded me of these "words" after rehearing the Word HE spoke to us last Sunday: "These things have I spoken to you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full...Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."  What happened for us (the church) in the resurrection was because of the LOVE of our Father through Lord Jesus.  Oh, how HE loves us so!

"...that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, He may give it you."  Hallelujah!
Love in Christ Jesus,

He Took The Fall "For Us"

Christ died “for us” that, being justified/reconciled/ restored (to God), and saved from “wrath,” we shall be saved by His life.
[Rom 5:8-10]

Because “wrath” is God's “set disposition, or attitude against sin;” we need a Saviour (Kinsman Redeemer) to ransom us from the judgment ...for without shedding of blood is no remission/forgiveness of sin.
[Pastor; Rom 1:18; cf Ruth & Boaz; Heb 9:22]

Accordingly, God has chosen us before the foundation of the world; that we should be holy ('other,' like Him) and without blame before Him in Love. Yet it pleased the Lord (God) to bruise/or sacrifice Christ ...and make His soul an offering for our sin.
[Eph 1:4; Isa 53:10]

ThenSingsMySoul:

CRUCIFIED, LAID BEHIND A STONE;
HE LIVED TO DIE, REJECTED BY HIS OWN.
LIKE A ROSE TRAMPLED ON THE GROUND,
HE TOOK THE FALL AND THOUGHT OF (US)

ABOVE ALL!

Ask Of Me

The legacy/or inheritance of the resurrection “for us,” is the “access” we now have “by one Spirit” unto the Father; to “ask” and “receive.”
[Eph 2:18; Jn 16:24]

When the Father said to the Son, “Ask of Me, and I shall give Thee the heathen for thine inheritance,” He was confirming His covenant determination to pass the sceptre/staff/rod of rulership to Shiloh; His anointed.
[Ps 2:8-9; Gen 49:10]

Likewise, Jesus taught: “It is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom ...so, Whatsoever ye shall ask in My name that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.”
[Lk 12: 32; Jn 14:13-14]

This is the benefit of our present possession/or experience, in the now; that comes through the dynamic of asking.
[Pastor; Jn 15:16]

ThenSingsMySoul:

IF YOU ABIDE IN ME, AND MY WORDS ABIDE IN YOU,
ASK WHAT YOU WILL, IT SHALL BE DONE UNTO YOU.
HITHERTO HAVE YE ASKED NOTHING IN MY NAME:
ASK, AND IT SHALL BE DONE, THAT YOUR JOY MAY BE FULL.

[Jn 15:7; 16:24]
