Jenelsie's Corner (#263)

My Grace and Truth family,
How greatly has our Father God given us testimony of His love!  Let us call to mind; HE will bring back to memory those things HE has taught us and shown us of Himself.
How our Father has blessed us; we’re an arm or even a toe to the Body of Christ!  HE has manifested Himself as strong and mighty.
How our Lord has opened to us greater understanding of this marvelous salvation!  HE has given us all things which pertain to life and godliness—to the “glory” of man which was created for Himself.
“Oh, for a thousand tongues to sing our great Redeemer’s praise; the glories of our God and King; the triumphs of His grace.”  What grace HE has given to His body to spread through all the earth abroad the honor of His Name.
Hallelujah!
P.S.  Our eyes have been opened to see the “big picture”.

The "Issue" Of The Resurrection

Merriam-Webster's succinct (precise) definition of the word “issue,” is “the out flow.”
In the gospel of John, Jesus was reported to have said, to His disciples: “Once upon a time you were dead men, But now I AM sending you forth with the same life that is in Me;” And ...He breathed on them, and said, “Receive ye the Holy Ghost (breath of life)
[Pastor; Jn 20:19-23]
The take away, from this revelation, is: as we have “freely received” (of the issue/out flow of His life), so should we “freely give” (flow out, be dispensers of His life's breath).
[Matt 10:8]
Christ's commandment from the Father to redeem us, and, especially, impart His (eternal) life unto us, has become “the will of God” for us.
[Jn 20:21; Acts 19:1-6]
Jesus said, “Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father ...the Son, and the Holy Ghost.” [Matt 28:19]
ThenSingsMySoul:

THERE IS A RIVER WHOSE STREAMS MAKE GLAD THE CITY OF OUR GOD.
IT CAME AND IT HEALED ME; IT CAME AND IT FILLED ME; IT CAME AND IT WASHED MY SINS AWAY.
SO, I WILL REJOICE, I WILL REJOICE, AND BE GLAD!

Jenelsie's Corner (#261)

My Grace and Truth family,
The LORD GOD surely has performed HIS WORD spoken to us on RESURRECTION Sunday:  HE has worked out all that concerns us.  Yes, our risen Savior who came to give us life more abundantly has “all things” working together.  Yes, we are connected to HIM—saved by HIS LIFE—and we wait on HIM to reveal what HE has done.
Now we, the church, say “amen”!  Our worship and praises are unto our Father God who does all things well by the Lord Jesus to us!  Hallelujah!

He's Alive!!!

In the scriptures, we are admonished to: “Let the Word of Christ dwell in (us) richly” ...and to “Speak to (ourselves) in psalms, and hymns, and spiritual songs ...making melody in our hearts to the Lord.”                                     [Col 3:16; Eph 5:19]
One hymn proclaims: (We) Serve A Risen Saviour [Matt 28:6], He's In The World Today; (We) Know that He Is Living, Whatever Men May Say. (WE) See His Hand Of Mercy, (WE) Hear His Voice Of Cheer [Jn 16:33], And Just The Time (WE) Need Him He's Always Near [Matt 28:20].
He Lives! He Lives!
Christ Jesus Lives Today. He Walks With Me, He Talks With Me, Along Life's Narrow Way.
He Lives! He Lives!
Salvation To Impart. You Ask Me How I know He Lives;
He Lives! Within My Heart.
[Rom 10:8-10]

ThenSingsMySoul:
LOW, IN THE GRAVE HE LAY,
JESUS, MY SAVIOUR;
WAITING THE COMING DAY, JESUS, MY LORD.
UP FROM THE GRAVE HE AROSE!
WITH A MIGHTY TRIUMPH O'ER HIS FOES!
HE AROSE A VICTOR FROM THE DARK DOMAIN,
AND HE LIVES FOREVER WITH HIS SAINTS TO REIGN!
HE AROSE! HE AROSE! HALLELUJAH, CHRIST AROSE!
