Dear GTFI Family,

I am full of hope and expectation for "our" Father to "walk" us into the deliverance of His gospel of the Kingdom in a more perfect way! HIS work of preparation has been awesome, as our LORD has sent His WORD to wash us, heal us, enlighten us, establish us, and to persuade us in the "hope of HIS calling." Father is moving forward in the ministry HE has called us to in this geographical location and into the "utter parts as determined by HIM." What a blessing-honor and privilege- in His choosing us to the praise of His glory in the earth as members of the Body of Christ!

Kingdom Repentance

Absent the “Kingdom of God,”  there would be no purpose (or reason) for man's (or the church's) existence. [Pastor; Ephesians 3:10-11]

Until there is an 'opening' and a 'turning,' of our eyes, from darkness unto Light, there is no Repentance. [pastor; Acts 26:18]

Jesus said, “If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me.”

Christianity; even the Kingdom of God, is a 'cross' life.

Repentance is about Abba's good will (and pleasure) toward us; not His dealings with our rebelliousness, but His 'joy' in His fellowship with us (His mankind).

 Jesus came ...preaching the “Kingdom of God” ...saying “Repent ye, and believe the gospel.”

All "Hearing" Is Not "The Hearing"

The parable of The Sower (or The Soils), in Luke chapter 8, is the context for the difference between “Hearing” and “The Hearing;” distinguished by “faith.”

After the “sowing of the Word,” they that heard it either had the Word taken away from their hearts, by the devil; or they fell from the Way in a time of temptation, and let the Word slip from their grasp. Or the Word was choked with the cares, riches, and pleasures of this life; and brought no fruit to harvest.

[Luke 8:11-14]

On the other hand, “The Hearing” of The Word, sown in an honest and good heart, is kept; or mixed with faith, and it brings forth much fruit. Therefore, Take heed how ye hear, for The Lord searches all hearts.

Rosh Hashanah

02-04 October, 2016

In addition to being the observance of “The Head of the Jewish New Year,” Rosh Hashanah is also known as (the Feast of/or festival of) Trumpets ...the sounding of the shofar (a hollowed out rams horn).       [Leviticus 23:4; 24; Numbers 10:8]

As Passover was/and is a type and shadow of Messiah, “The Lamb of God, which takes away the sin of the world” [John 1:29]; even so, Trumpets is a type and shadow of “The Trump of God” [1 Thess. 4:16] aka “The Last Trump” [1 Cor. 15:52] that will announce  Messiah's re-appearing; to catch away His Bride.

And John, the Revelator, “saw heaven opened, and ...a white horse; and He that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and ...The Word of God ...and out of His mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations: and ...rule them with a rod of iron ...And He hath on His vesture and ...thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”

[Revelation 19:11-16; Jude 14]
