After a year-in-year-out
rehearsal; observing and remembering the death, burial, and resurrection of The
Lord; the question (or thought) becomes, Between being saved and going on to be
with The Lord, Now What? [Pastor]
Just as Abraham (the father of the
faith) believed God, and righteousness was imputed unto him ...it is written
that imputation (of righteousness) was not for Abraham's sake alone; but for us
also “if we believe” on Him that raised up
Jesus from the dead; and delivered Him for our offenses, and raised Him again
for our justification
[Rom 4:12; James 2:23; Rom 4:22-25]
Now we get to learn how to have faith in God, and faith in His promises ...and how to believe Him,
in the midst of day-to-day life ...”For therein is the righteousness of God
revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The
just shall live by faith.”
And this revelation (of His
righteousness, and faithfulness) is the working of The Spirit of God.
