My brothers and sisters,

The Spirit of the "living" God  has taken us from "faith to faith", unveiling truth and opening up more understanding.  Sitting at our Lord's feet and eating from His hand--the necessary parts!  "Eating"  Jesus will deliver us from "glory to glory" (from one outshining to another outshining) in these bodies where we now reside until HE comes to redeem them.   HE has prepared the table for us so come and eat!

The Bread To Be Eaten

A popular, local, fast food restaurant's advertising slogan is “You Gotta Eat!”

That sentiment came to mind, when pondering the significant fact that “Man cannot live by bread alone, but by every word (the living Bread of God) that proceedeth (from heaven) out of the mouth of God...and giveth Life unto the world.”

 [Matt 4:4; Jn 6:33]

When Jesus expressed this truth to the people, they said to Him, “Lord, evermore give us this bread.” And His response was, “Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink His blood, ye have no life in you.”

[Jn 6:53]

We are learning that “eating” is the process of “hearing” and “believing;” that transforms us into “askers” and “receivers.”

The Very Life Of God In Flesh

Jesus came (to earth) to share in our life (sinful flesh), that we might be “able” to share in His Life (the Life of the Godhead) ...that we might be partakers of His divine nature. [Pastor; Romans 8:3; 2 Pet 1:4]

Jesus is the (Living) Bread/Meat, to give Life unto all that believe on Him. [Pastor; Jn 6:51, 55; 3:16]

His supernatural unlimitedness is made real IN our natural limitedness when we “receive” Him (via repentance), “eat” His words, by hearing and hearing; then “give Him glory” by a response of faith, that says Amen! [Pastor; Jn 1:12; Lk 13:3; Rom 10:17]

You might say, How shall these things Be?

Jesus said, “Howbeit, when He, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth (re His flesh)”

[Pastor; Jn 16:13]

My GTFI family,

What manner of love our Father has given to us!  We are the sheep of His pasture, and HE is feeding us out of His hand.  What god (who really is not a god) even knows how to love those who will bow to him.

As we eat, for Jesus was born to be eaten, know that the Holy Ghost is supernaturally at work nourishing and sustaining us with LIFE.

Come, let us worship and bow down with thanksgiving.  Let us eat of our Lord's body and drink of His blood until HE comes!

Hallelujah!  Hallelujah!

Jenelsie's Corner (#05)

My Grace and Truth Family,

Blessings as we dine together from the table spread for us every time we gather!  Our Father in all His wisdom, allows us to eat portions according to our appetites, but HE gives us what's nourishing with each meal.  HE even knows how to add a little solid food, like mashed potatoes, to those of us being weaned from breast milk.  And HE knows how to make the serving palatable so we can acquire a taste for each dish to eat all of it.

The wonderful thing about our meals is that Jesus, our Lord, ate the very same foods, depending on every morsel and sip of drink to exist as man unto HIS FATHER!  Now that HE is in us and we are in HIM, we are transformed into HIS image as "man" (even as sons and daughters) by what we eat, growing into the stature of the fullness of Christ Jesus.  The Holy Ghost is at work to bring all who belong to HIM to hunger and thirst, being filled only by eating and drinking from HIS table.

"Man shall not live...but by every breath which proceeds out of the mouth of God."

Thank you, Father, for feeding us!!

Born To Be Eaten

Jesus came saying, “Whoso eateth My flesh, and drinketh My blood, hath eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day ...and the bread that I will give is My flesh, which I will give for the life of the world”

[Jn 6:54, 51(c)]

In other words, “Jesus (The Word/the Living Bread) was born (became flesh) to give us the (gift of)Life  (in Himself) that was intended to be “IN” man; and lived by man, to the glory (or outshining) of God.” [Pastor; Jn 6:51(a,b); 1:4, 14; 5:26]

And we were created to be “gift receivers” of God's promise of eternal life; by hearing and partaking of  (or eating from) the Tree of Life that has been given.

Jesus prayed to the Father, saying: “And this is life eternal, that they might know Thee (Father), the only true God, and Jesus Christ, Whom Thou hast sent.”

[Jn 17:3]
