Jenelsie's Corner (2.26.17)

My Grace and Truth Family,

To pen words to you, my sisters and brothers, is the work of Holy Spirit in me recalling what HE has opened my eyes to see, my ears to hear and where my feet have been ordained to walk. We are all delivered into a common salvation and I declare that my witness to you concerning things which pertain to new life in Christ Jesus is true. As we believe and accept the finished work of salvation by Christ Jesus, we are in fact, I testify, presented to the gentiles for praise of His glory.

Therefore, my encouragement to all is to thank our Father for all things and in all things, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning us! Hallelujah!

Your sister in HIM,
Jenelsie, Pastor's wife

Jenelsie's Corner (2.26.17; #2)

My dear GTFI family,

There is one thing that I am fully persuaded about: only the Word of His power can strengthen-even cause-us to walk in the "I will" which has been spoken by Father God. No, we are not able to do it by our own power and might (works) but by the supernatural working of the Holy Ghost in or upon us. Yielding or submitting to the "oneness" with our Lord Jesus is how the "I will walk" is accomplished in the body of flesh. Lord Jesus has satisfied our Father for man's walk as a victorious son (daughter) in the earth, so we "eat, receive, live by, live out from" the finished work of the first begotten son. What a savior we have! We don't have to "try" to figure out how to walk; our saving grace is our Lord.

When we leave the presence of the Lord this day, know that HE gave us His strength to walk and to possess the land in the "I will" spoken by our Father God in covenant with us!! Hallelujah!!

Love in Christ Jesus,

Your sister, Jenelsie

How God Is, Another Facet

How God Is has been hidden from the wise and prudent, and revealed unto babes.
[Pastor; Luke 10:21]

Man was “made to become” (like God)[Gen. 1:26]...to have dominion over His works ...to rule (or reign) in the midst of his enemies; to, through obedience, learn the warfare (aka, the fight of faith); or what it is to obey God; over against the lie of the devil; otherwise man would be spoiled, and given over to captivity.
[Pastor; Psalms 8:6; Psalms 110:2]

So, be strong in the Lord, and in the manifestation of His enduring strength (or “the power of His might”).
[Pastor; Ephesians 6:10]

His strength is made perfect (or ordained) in/for (our) weakness ...that the power of Christ may rest on (us); that His man would do nothing in his own strength.
[2 Corinthians 12:9]

In the mind of God, man was to rule “in the midst of” the adversity (enmity); because man was (made) to, through Christ, become a kingdom of priests unto Him.
[Pastor; Revelation 1:5-6; 1 Peter 2:9]

THE LORD IS THE STRENGTH OF MY LIFE,

OF WHOM SHALL I BE AFRAID?

Jenelsie's Corner (2.19.17)

My Grace and Truth Family,

"Behold what manner of love the Father has given unto us...!" Since the last gathering, His thoughts (purpose, dealings) towards us remained the same--we are His beloved and HE is ours; we are His sons and daughters; when we are weak then are we (made) strong. When we went to bed and when we awakened, His mind was yet on us, all who belonged to Him. Selah!

Be encouraged today--this is just how our GOD IS!

Jenelsie, Pastor's wife

How God (Our Abba) Is

His “Is-ness” is a “Now-ness.” Selah.
He is not a “past tense” nor a “future tense” God; but,
He is a “very present” (help) God, in trouble.
[Pastor; Psalms 46:1]

When Jesus said (Abba) I will declare Thy Name unto My brethren, in the midst of the church ...” He was speaking of more than an intellectual acknowledgment; but an experiential/hands on/post resurrection, knowledge.
[Pastor; Hebrews 2:12]

As one of the old Negro spirituals would say, “I KNOW THE LORD, I KNOW THE LORD; I KNOW THE LORD HAS LAID HIS HANDS ON ME!” revealing not only “Who He Is, But How He Is.”
[Charles G. Hayes; Pastor]

The (weapon) of our warfare, In the midst of tribulation/tests and trials, is His Name ...that we would not be afraid; but, that we would stand still and see the salvation/aka. saving/keeping power, of The Lord with (us). For His “Is-ness is to “Us-ward.” Selah.
[2 Cor 10:4; 2 Chron 20:17; Pastor]

ThenSingsMySoul:

THE NAME OF THE LORD IS A STRONG TOWER;
THE RIGHTEOUS RUN INTO IT, AND THEY ARE SAVED! (2xs)

BLESSED BE THE NAME OF THE LORD (2xs)
BLESSED BE THE NAME OF THE LORD, MOST HIGH!

[Proverbs 18:10]

How (The Way That) God [Abba] Is

In the midst of “life,” with it's attendant vicissitudes, (aka, unwelcomed/unpleasant circumstances), to “man,” God's “Way” (of resolving our conflicts) seems foolish/weak (and confusing) ...causing man to murmur, and complain (ie. Why did God allow this? and Why didn't God fix/heal/restore, or rectify that?
[Pastor]

But God/our Abba hath chosen “the foolish things” of the world to confound the wise ...and “the weak things” of the world ...to confound the mighty ...and He employs the “utterly dependent” (you and me) to bring to an “End” the purposes of His enemies ...saying, “Without Me (you) can do nothing.”
[Pastor; 1 Corintnians 1:27-28; John 15:5]

And, How God did it is How He's going to do it ...once we humble ourselves, to acknowlege that we are NOT God; and repent from our un-god-ness before Him, we will be empowered/lifted up/and ”Be (strengthened) in the Lord, and in the power of His might.”
[Pastor; James 4:10; Ephesians 6:10]

Our God [Abba] is Love; and “faith” worketh by Love. [John 4:8; Gal 5:6]

ThenSingsMySoul:

LOVE LIFTED ME,
LOVE LIFTED ME,

WHEN NOTHING ELSE COULD HELP
