Jenelsie's Corner (3/27/16)

My Family at Grace and Truth,

"...but Christ lives in us and the life which we live in the flesh we now live by the faith of the Son of God..." And we make no mistake nor delude ourselves by thinking that "living by HIS faith" can be accomplished by religious, ritualistic, and disciplined behavior. Therefore, my friends, when trouble comes to us it serves as a 'classroom' to 'learn of Him, our Lord... to learn to live (RESPOND) to Father God with our trust in Him...the faith of our Savior has been delivered to us.' With the trouble comes the temptation to have confidence in what flesh will and can do to quickly send trouble away.

Consequently, it seemed good to our Father to send "Unpacking Believe" that the Word of His power might work in us to "...root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant the faith of the Son of God." The end of preaching the Lord's Gospel in demonstration of the Spirit and of power is that our faith (His Faith) should not stand in the wisdom of men nor confidence in fleshly works but in the power of God!!

Give us ear to hear your preached WORD, Father!!

Love in Christ Jesus,

Sister Jenelsie, Pastor's wife

Unpacking "Believe" - Part 3

In “Believe” being unpacked IN us, the believing of the Son (is being) brought to a maturity that Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob could not (fulfil). [Pastor]

 What Father is NOW doing IN us, by the Holy Spirit, is laying the ax to the root of our suspicion/and doubt; to rectify (or correct) what sin did to us, in the beginning.
[Pastor; Matthew 3:10]

The trials in life are not against us, but for us; to prove how much we are persuaded that Abba is not condemning us because of doubt, but (working all things together, for our good). [Pastor; Romans 8:28]

When our eyes became open to the knowledge of good and evil, we were overtaken by the darkness of a doubtful double mind; tossed to and fro by the word of another; eyes no longer single, and full of light. But God, Who is rich in mercy, (because) of His great love, (for) us, even when we were dead in sins, (has) quickened/joined/or rectified us together with Christ.
[Pastor; Ephesians 4:14; Matthew 6:22]

ThenSingsMySoul:

GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS,
OH GOD, MY FATHER
THERE IS NO SHADOW OF TURNING WITH THEE;
THOU CHANGEST NOT, THY COMPASSIONS, THEY FAIL NOT;

AS THOU HAST BEEN, THOU FOREVER WILL BE.

Unpacking 'Believe' Part 2

Believe;” the Amen/the Faith/the Trust in/of God, lays the axe to the root of the doubt(ful) (heart)...that we might be fruitful in every good work.
[Pastor; Luke 3:9; Colossians 1:10]

Part of the outworking of “Believe,” IN us, is what Father is NOW doing; by His Spirit, that we might bear witness to the reality of “Christ IN us ...”
[Pastor; Colossians 1:27-28]

As believers, we are sent out into the world as “sayers;” (by the power in/and of the tongue)...for the Word is near you, even in your mouth, and in your heart. [Pastor; Romans 10:8]

Jesus said, to His disciples: “Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and ...cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but ...BELIEVE ...those things which he saith ...he shall have whatsoever he saith.”
[Mark 11:23]

ThenSingsMySoul:

HAVE FAITH IN GOD
HAVE FAITH IN GOD
HAVE FAITH IN GOD
HAVE FAITH, HAVE FAITH, IN GOD!

[Mark 11:22]
