My Sisters and Brothers, 

We are in an hour that our Lord God has chosen to WOW us again.  Receive the refreshing, the comfort, the strength, the edification, the amazement, the assurance, and the gladness which only HE gives.  Rest in HIM!  The relationship with our Savior is composed of the "new with"--our God is with us; our God is in us.  Hallelujah!!!

How [This] "Thing" Became [Becomes?]

When Mary and Joseph were told that the miracle Son of God that she would conceive is “by the Holy Ghost ...and the power of the Highest;” How was she 'able' to embrace the Word of God, to the point of saying; “Be it unto me according to Thy Word?” Upbringing, lineage, history.

[Lk 1:35; Matt 1:20; Pastor]

Both Mary and Joseph were “branches” from the “root” of Abraham; so to speak, and partakers of the root and fatness of Abraham's “faith” ...”of the house of David;” offspring of the “seed” of Abraham.                                 [Rom 11:16; 4:16; Gal 3:7; Lk 2:4; Pastor]

All things start and finish with God ...So, when God told Abraham, “In thee (that is, the “faith” that is in you)(by Me) shall all the (families) nations of the earth be blessed (empowered,enabled, by words; to be, become);” God was establishing the template (or pattern) for the transmission of “faith.” [Gen 18:18; Rom 10:17; Pastor]

 Hence, when the angel of the Lord's answer to Mary's question (“How shall This be …?”) was, “The Holy Ghost ;” Mary's response (or Amen of “faith”) was, “Be it unto me according to Thy Word.” Therefore blessed (empowered, enabled, by the Word; to be, become) is she that believed.

Dear Grace and Truth, 

Hear these succinct words which the Holy Ghost keeps bringing to my mind:  the Lord is permitting and very much aware of all that we are walking through in this hour.  And in the midst of our walk HE is speaking, even telling us what He is doing in us to result in believing HIM--becoming fully persuaded in HIM WHO is MIGHTY!   

Know this:  we are being established so that we do not cast away our confidence in Him in any circumstance or situation; our confidence has great recompense (compensation) of reward.  For we have need of patience-still-for yet a little while.  HE says that after we have done HIS WILL, we will receive the promise!!  We are believers!

The Advent, A Mini-Review

Mankind was disconnected/separated/alienated from God (without Christ; who is our life); since the fall, in the garden of Eden.

[Pastor; Eph 2:12; Gen 3:22-24]

God's remedy for mankind's lostness was to send His Word/Son down from glory to earth, to be manifested in the flesh; to destroy the works of the devil (at the cross); and restore/reconcile man's connection to Life thru Pentecost; where God would begin to reside IN us (by His Spirit) for all eternity ...the “Super” (Most High God) now joined to the “natural” (man, of low estate).  

[Pastor; 1 Jn 3:8; 2 Cor 5:18; Eph 2:19-(22)]

Since the Advent is the case; and not an hypothesis,  the Holy Spirit is opening our understanding; that, as Christ's own, we would know/reckon and yield to the NOW reality of God with us!

The 'nature' of the joining, beyond the “natural,” is that two kinds became ONE “new” kind. After all, If any man be IN Christ he is a new creature; old things are passed away, behold, all things are become NEW.  [Pastor; 2 Cor 5:17; Eph 2:15]

A Defining Word For Our Present

The Advent/or arrival of Emmanuel; which is interpreted as God with us, has done away with the view of Him as 'the man upstairs;' yet separate and apart from us. Rather,now, we have come to know Him from withIN; as the 'new with.'

[Pastor; Matt 1:23] 

Hence, God became 'a man,' that we would know, understand, and yield to the reality of “the Word made flesh;” also known as 'the supernatural.'

[Pastor; Jn 1;14]

Jesus modeled a new dynamic (aka, In-The New With) as He walked the earth; and the Father (Abba) said, through Him: “Forever begins now, because [I] so loved the world that [I] gave My only begotten Son; that whosoever [receives] Him, by faith, shall enter into an everlasting relationship with Me.”

[Pastor; Jn 3:16; 1 Jn 1:2-3]

My Grace and Truth Family,

For many of us, the Holy Ghost has brought us to a "place" of sitting at our Lord's feet on Wednesday evenings.  HE has given us Pastor according to His own heart, and he is feeding us with knowledge and understanding of the MOST HIGH GOD.  HE has called us to assemble, and HE meets with us to teach. 

The evening is a precious time of questions asked and questions answered which have worked to further establish us by the Word of Truth that is in Christ Jesus, our Lord.  It's a relaxed but rewarding time with HIM.  HIS purpose is to make us, the Body of Christ, able ministers and witnesses to the inheritance which has been given us in this great salvation--and to know of Father God's love towards us through Jesus Christ.  The Holy Ghost has opened our ears to 'hear' so much and our eyes to 'see' so much...so much more! 

The Word of the Lord is coming to past in us and to us as we gather:  "Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled."  Draw near to Him and He will draw near to you.  

I ask the Lord to strengthen you to come on Wednesday.  The blessing is in the filling!

My Grace and Truth Family, 

The Holy Ghost brought the words of this familiar song to remembrance:  "Great is Thy faithfulness...morning by morning new mercies I see..." 

This day which the Lord has made is rife with HIS BLESSINGS!  Do we really see that our Father God has made known the riches of His glory on us, the vessels of mercy?  Have we seen that surely goodness and mercy have followed us all the days of our lives, just as HE promised? 

Praying for one another, let us ask our Father of mercies to open our eyes to see HIM as HE IS! 

We love HIM because HE first loved us.  As we are kept in the love of God, we can look for and expect the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life morning by morning.  Hallelujah!

"In," The "New With"

When God spoke, thru the prophet Ezekiel: “I will put My Spirit WITHIN you, and cause you to walk IN My statues ...and keep My judgments, and do them;” He was setting life's stage for the unveiling of a new dynamic, known as “an habitation;” the joining of  the 'Super' to the 'natural' (aka  'supernatural')

[Ezek 36:27; Ephesians 2:22; Pastor]

That fateful day, when, the virgin, Mary asked; “How shall this be ..?” Faith's response (to “The Holy Ghost shall come upon you and the power of the Highest shall overshadow you ...”) was, “Behold, the handmaid of the Lord, be it unto me according to Your word;” then a convergence of eternity and time occurred, in a moment that never was before.

 Jesus, the Word made flesh (our Lord, and Saviour), gave a precious promise to His disciples; when He said: “I will not leave you comfortless ...I will pray the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter...even the Spirit of truth ...who dwelleth WITH you, and shall be IN you.” [John 14:18, 16-17]
