Jenelsie's Corner (7/31/16)

My Grace and Truth Family,

Greetings to you and peace from our Father God through Lord Jesus. How amazing to know that one man, Jesus, has broken down the wall erected by man when he sinned in the garden. How wonderful to know Father's forgiveness through the shed blood of Jesus Christ which fully reconciled man to God. How blessed we are to have nothing to ever separate us again; we are now secure in our place as man and free to fellowship in worship with Him. How awesome to know that we are His beloved and that He draws us to Him because He really does care. How humbling to know the God of our salvation and live in His grace. Lord Jesus is surely our peace! Hallelujah!!!

Your sister,
Jenelsie
Pastor's wife

Unpacking "Believe": Part 16

The “Faith of God” is a “Faith” that has “integrity”/honesty/soundness/wholeness/purity/ surety (a bond, an oath, a guarantee); backed by God. Because “only God can fulfill God.”                          [Pastor; Hebrews 6:13]

“Faith” is the “means” (method) of “surety,” for the delivery, or impartation of the Spirit life to man ...and, the “Word of Promise” is God's bait (or God's “Yes”) to elicit our “Amen” (or “be it unto me according to ...”). In other words, our “Amen” is a “Yes” to His “Yes.”
[Pastor; Luke 1:38]

For the (Word of) Promise, that (Abraham, and his seed) should be the heir of the world, was ...through the righteousness of “Faith.” [Romans 4:13]

ThenSingsMySoul:

WE'VE COME THIS FAR BY FAITH
LEANING ON THE LORD,
TRUSTING IN HIS HOLY WORD;
HE'S NEVER FAILED US YET!
OH, OH OH OH, OH OH OH,
CAN'T TURN AROUND
WE'VE COME THIS FAR BY FAITH!

Unpacking "Believe": Part 15

Man was made to become according to his beholding.
[Pastor]

Which speaks to the working out of “believing,” IN us, before Him, in light of His presence/glory.
[Pastor]

The trying of faith includes the insides.
Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, says:
“...I AM He which searcheth the reins and heart (insides): and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.”                                          [Pastor; Heb 12:2; Rev 2:23b]

ThenSingsMySoul:

SEARCH ME, LORD
SEARCH ME, LORD
TURN THE LIGHT FROM HEAVEN
ON MY SOUL.
IF YOU FIND ANYTHING THAT SHOULDN'T BE
TAKE IT OUT AND STRAIGHTEN ME;
I WANT TO BE RIGHT
I WANT TO BE SAVED
I WANT TO BE WHOLE!

Unpacking "Believe": Part 14

By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out, into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed (the call); and went out, not knowing (where) he (was going). [Hebrews 11:8]

The Lord told Abraham, “Walk before me and be thou perfect”/upright, and sincere, in acts of faith and duty.
[Genesis 17:1]

As we respond (Amen/obey) (as Abraham did) to the hearing (the call) of His Voice; then face-to-face, (before Him), His eyes behold us and approve of His own workmanship. [Pastor]

It is written:
But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image ...even as by the Spirit of the Lord. [2 Cor 3:18]

By unpacking the many facets of “believe” IN us/to us, Father has brought us into relationship; to show us that as we behold Him we are changed. [Pastor]

ThenSingsMySoul:

WHEN HE CALLS ME, I WILL ANSWER
WHEN HE CALLS ME, I WILL ANSWER
WHEN HE CALLS ME, I WILL ANSWER
I'LL GO WITH HIM, WITH HIM ALL THE WAY!

[J.S. Norris: Where He Leads Me]

Jenelsie's Corner (717/16)

My GTFI Family,

Once again after returning from a "mission trip," I am thankful to what Father is doing in me by the Holy Ghost so I can "be a blessing" as well as "receive a blessing" where He sends me. To enjoy fellowship with Him over the highways, in the hotel room, and around family members is a testament to His "workmanship." Though tempted to "stagger in unbelief" while in the midst of situations, I chose to depend upon the "God in me" and discovered again and again that truly "greater is HE within." Our Lord did not leave nor forsake me--just as HE promised!

I am glad to be home, though, to worship Papa God with you and to "eat" from the table spread for us.

Hallelujah!

With the love of Christ Jesus,

Sister Jenelsie, Pastor's Wife

Jenelsie's Corner (7/3/16)

My Grace and Truth Family,

In hearing what our Father is "doing in us" by the Holy Ghost, HE shook me to "ear" Him say again: all situations and circumstances (not all of them blessings and favorable in our sight) which happens to us are for HIS purpose. As I'm learning intimate fellowship with HIM, HE is making His intent clear that I am to respond to HIM with worship--my high calling--as I live from day to day, hour to hour, minute to minute. Yes, the Holy Ghost is at work! Hallelujah!!

Our Father satisfied His purpose through our Lord Jesus; HE was well pleased in how Jesus responded to HIM. We now take HIS yoke and learn of HIM; without our Lord and Savior we can do nothing!

Let's worship HIM together!

Love in Christ Jesus,
Sister Jenelsie, Pastor's wife
