Jesus (The Word made flesh) was
born, saying: “The Son of man came not to be ministered
unto, but to minister, and to give His life a ransom for many.”
[Matthew
20:28]
God became flesh (like us) to give
(or, impart) His life (the Life of God) unto us, so “it” (His life) can be ours
...living bread, to be eaten; for
assimilation (absorption/digestion), to become one with.

If we could paraphrase the Lord's
intent, He would say, “I didn't come for you to be 'like Me,' I came to 'be Me'
IN you! ...not to be employed (or, used), but to be received (or, contained)!”
[Pastor; John 1:12]
ThenSingsMySoul:
I GAVE MYSELF TO YOU,
I GAVE MYSELF TO YOU,
SO I COULD USE YOU!
