for righteousness.”

Brooding
The God
Who created the world ...hath determined ...that

This is a glimpse of the
“brooding” of God, before the foundation of the world, when He reckoned that
the just shall live by “believing,” and “believing” (faith) would come by
hearing the Word of God.
