There is a difference between a “random/haphazard” act, and a “sure/trustworthy/reliable” act; no matter who the performer is.
It is written: He's the same God today, as He was on yesterday;
AND HE'LL BE THE SAME GOD TOMORROW, AND FOR EVER!
[Hebrews 13:8]
Saying, “For I AM the Lord, I change not.” [Malachi 3:6]
Notice, “kindness” = “mercies,” and mercies = kindness, (lovingkindness, by implication) [Strongs, H2617]
And “sure mercies” are the by-product/or result of an “everlasting covenant” (relationship) between Abba and you. [Isaiah 55:3]
Rather than 'unpredictable,' our God's covenant behaviour, toward us, is predictably obligatory. Because He is 'joined/connected' to us (eternally) He has sworn, by an oath, to forgive, keep and deliver us ...and there is nothing He cannot do.
[Hebrews 6:13; 2 Tim 1:12; Jeremiah 31:33-34; 32:27]
ThenSingsMySoul:
IF HE DID IT BEFORE, HE'LL DO IT AGAIN;
SAME GOD RIGHT NOW, SAME GOD BACK THEN!
IF HE DID IT BEFORE, HE'LL DO IT AGAIN;
SAME GOD RIGHT NOW, SAME GOD BACK THEN!
